If you would like to submit any personal stories, poems, cooking recipes, favorite hobbies, or tell about a favorite story that you have read. I will publish it. I am also interested in any new topics that you wish to submit. I will help you publish it on my web site, or on the LVA Web Site and or VALUE's Web Site. Submit them by e-mail or mail to me with or without your name or photograph. I will feature one story a month and will notify you when and where it will be published. You can write about anything you wish. Ask your tutor to help you express your thoughts in writing. Writing can open up new skills of expression. Because there may be many writings and some incorrect language use I reserve the right to edit. There will be no limit to how many words you can use, but remember that we have many levels of readers who will read your article.

If you wish to place your photo and full name on your article you can. I can also use your first name with your last initial. I would also need a note from you, saying that I can use your name and photo. When sending articles, advise me of which information to include.
